My Uniform

Late last August I posted this image — Look #10 in The Row’s SS23 lookbook — because it was top of my FW22 inspiration board. I’ve been wearing numerous versions of this outfit for months and will continue to do so until it’s too warm. Kitten heel slingbacks work well, too.

All of these items will be available end of this month and you can preorder the boots.

I appreciate this post so much bc I adore uniforms! Every season (aside from big occasions/events) brings about 3 slight variations of a single uniform for me. It’s usually dictated by the weather and I aim for elevated-casual. The tricky thing is that I rarely know what it’s going to be at the start of the new season and it takes me a couple weeks to “fashion-calibrate” before I fall into that happy groove if what works for me. Oh, NYC weather…
